You can add our email address, to your email address book. This will help ensure you receive our emails in your Inbox.

Q. How do I access my profile?
You can click on the “access my profile” link in the email that you receive, and you can create a username and password to access your profile directly from RemindMyPet.com.

Q. What is RemindMyPet.com?
RemindMyPet.com is an automated email reminder system designed to help pet owners remember to give medications to their pets on time.

Q. Can you remind me how many doses I have left?
We can remind you how many doses you have left, so you can contact your veterinarian’s office to ensure you don’t run out. As you refill your medication, be sure to update the dosage information in your pet’s profile.

Q. Can I register more than one pet?
Yes, you can register all the cats and dogs in your household.

Q. Can I receive text reminder messages on my cell phone?
Yes, in addition to email reminders, you may also elect to receive text messages on your mobile phone. Note that this is in addition to the email message and you cannot sign up for just text messages.

Q. How do I make changes to my profile?
When you register, you will receive an email confirmation with a link back to your profile. It is helpful to save or bookmark the page so you can refer back to your profile. You can always visit the My Profile page on RemindMyPet.com and login using your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your login information, you can request an access email be sent to you again.

Go to the My Profile page and select the “Add a Pet” Button.

Go to the My Profile page and select the “Remove Pet” button in your pet profile.

Q. My pet takes more than one medication. Will this system work for me?
Yes, you can insert multiple medications and dates for your pet’s medications.

Q. How soon will RemindMyPet.com begin to send me reminders after I register?
RemindMyPet.com will send you a confirmation email as soon as you register. Just click on the link and then sign up your pets. After that, RemindMyPet.com will begin sending you reminders.
