RemindMyPet.com, a Web site with a free on-line service that reminds pet owners when it’s time to give their pets’ medications, announces the winners of its Look-Alike Survey.   Thousands participated, choosing among several breeds of dogs and cats in an online survey.  Voters selected the Great Pyrenees dog (46%) and Persian cat (33%) as the breeds that most remind them of candidate McCain, and the Miniature Pinscher dog (34%) and Siamese cat (28%) for candidate Obama.  The purpose of the pet “election” is twofold:  to stress the importance of responsible pet ownership and to remind Americans to vote in November.
